We have represented contractors on both private and public construction projects, and owners and developers on private projects, ranging in value from $500,000 to over $100 million. In this regard, we have been involved in the prosecution and defense of claims regarding high-rise buildings, houses, hotels, shopping malls, hospitals, schools, subway systems, water treatment plants, bridges, military facilities, roads, laboratories, specialized structures and institutional buildings. We also provide arbitrator and mediator services for construction cases.
We represent owner/developers and contractors on both new construction and renovation projects. We are highly experienced in handling disputes relating to change orders, differing site conditions, disruptions, delays, suspensions, accelerations, liquidated and actual damages, warranties, design defects, mechanic’s liens, surety bonds, cost accounting, specification compliance issues and terminations.
