Kermit A. Rosenberg has engaged in a practice limited to bankruptcy and insolvency law for over 25 years. He represents commercial entities and individuals both as debtors and creditors in complex reorganization proceedings and frequently serves as counsel to trustees, examiners, and creditors' committees. Since 1985, he has served on the Panel of Private Bankruptcy Trustees for the Western District of Virginia and has served as trustee in a myriad of Chapter 7 and 11 cases. Mr. Rosenberg received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 1974. He is a member of the bars of the District of Columbia and Virginia. |
